WANDERER
Design a cover and inside spreads for an ‘unconventional travel destinations’ magazine, aimed at a young, cultured and adventurous audience. The issue’s theme – ‘urban escapes’ features Manchester and its Industrial Revolution legacy.
THE IDEA
The mechanical nature of the Industrial Revolution is reflected in the typography, with the front cover echoing Manchester's rapidly changing skyline, and image treatments creating a sense of 19th Century nostalgia.
